A season book
for every locker.

Bulk season books for the whole roster. Banner-size posters for the gym wall. Parent-facing fundraising splits that put real dollars back into the program.

01 — Why teams use it

Built for the people who fund the program.

Bulk season books

One hardcover book per athlete, ordered as a team. Roster import, per-athlete photo placement, and one bulk-discount checkout.

Fundraising splits

A configurable share of every parent purchase routes back to the team or booster club account. Stripe handles the payout automatically.

Banner-size prints

Stadium banners, gym-wall posters, locker-room hype prints. Print formats up to 48"×60" on canvas, alumaboard, or vinyl.

03 — How it works

Set it up once. Run it every season.

1

Create a team page

One page per team, set up by the coach or booster lead. Holds roster, logo, colors, and your fundraising split.

2

Share with parents

Parents land on your team page, pick a product, customize with their kid's photo, and check out. You don't handle their orders.

3

Booster gets paid

Your configured fundraising share lands in the team's Stripe account on each sale. End-of-season totals available in the dashboard.

The Art Director

Don't design. Direct.

Drop in a logo and a photo. Our proprietary in-house concept tool composes six magazine-quality poster directions in distinct styles — the way a senior designer would, only faster. Pick your favorite and refine it in the editor.

Brief the Art Director

Logo + photo in

Two image uploads, a few fields about the subject — that's the whole brief.

Six directions out

Editorial. Vintage. Bold athletic. Premium. Pop graphic. Documentary. Sized for your product.

Refine in the editor

Picked direction loads into the editor for type tweaks, photo swaps, color shifts.

Order or share

Ship it as-is, or share for feedback before printing. Same flow as any design.

Common questions

Frequently asked

How does the fundraising split work?

You set a percentage (1-30%) of every parent purchase on your team page that gets credited to the team. We process the customer payment, take our platform fee, and pay the team's share on a regular schedule via the team's preferred method (ACH/direct deposit, PayPal, Zelle, or check). No invoicing, no chasing money down — and no Stripe onboarding required for the team.

Do all parents have to buy through us for the team to benefit?

Only purchases made through your team page earn the split. Parents can still order directly off the main site, but those orders don't trigger fundraising. That's why we make it easy to share the team link in newsletters and team apps.

Can multiple teams share a booster club account?

Yes. One booster club can host multiple team pages — football, basketball, cheer, etc. — all routing fundraising to the same Stripe account.

What if a parent wants a custom design not in the team templates?

They can use the full editor and still earn the team a split as long as they enter the design through your team page. The split is page-driven, not product-driven.

Is there a setup fee or monthly cost?

No. Team pages are free. MyPicLab makes money on the print fulfillment margin. The fundraising split comes out of that margin and our platform fee — never out of the parent's wallet on top of list price.

A real fundraiser. A real keepsake.
