02 — How it works

ACH, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or paper check. We handle the customer payment processing; you tell us where to send your share.
Drag in your gallery, tag teams and games, set prices for prints, posters, and books.
Send the shoot link to teams and parents. They buy, we fulfill, you get paid on the next payout cycle via your chosen method.

04 — Photographer FAQ
Independents covering high-school sports — football, basketball, soccer, baseball, wrestling, cheer, all of it. Full-time pros, part-time coaches with cameras, and journalism students all welcome. We do require sample work that meets a quality bar.
You can do both. Upload raws or hi-res JPEGs to a shoot, sell prints and books through MyPicLab, and still hand off original files to whoever you want. Galleries are private until you publish them.
We run payout cycles on a regular schedule (twice monthly) and pay you via your chosen method — ACH, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or check. Our 15% platform fee plus card-processing costs are taken at point of sale, so your payout amount is exactly what you see in your studio dashboard.
Yes. When you shoot for a team, you can set a percentage of each sale to route to that team or booster club. Helps schools approve sideline access and keeps everyone aligned.
Many of our photographers use MyPicLab as the print + book sales channel and keep their galleries elsewhere. You can also fully migrate — we have an importer for SmugMug and Pixieset.
