Is there a discount for memorial orders?
We don’t reduce list price, but we waive expedited-shipping fees on memorial orders, provide free design assistance (not normally included), and include a complimentary set of small framed prints with hardcover memorial book orders.
Can the team or school order on behalf of the family?
Yes — athletic departments, booster clubs, and team accounts often handle memorial orders for the family. We can also coordinate a buy link so teammates and friends can contribute.
How fast can you turn this around?
For an upcoming service, we can typically design and ship a poster in 3–5 business days from photo intake. Hardcover memorial books take 10–14. Etched glass is 5–7. If you’re working with a tight timeline, tell us the service date and we’ll work backward.
Is there sensitivity in the design process?
Memorial orders are handled by a designated team. We don’t cross-promote, don’t put your order in marketing automations, and don’t include sample marketing materials in shipments. You’ll hear from one named person from intake to delivery.
