Frequently asked
Do you work with school purchase orders?
Yes. We accept POs from accredited high schools and athletic departments, with NET-30 billing. Public-school PO process is supported in all 50 states.
Can the AD office approve coach orders before they ship?
Yes. School accounts can require AD approval on orders over a configurable dollar threshold (default $250). Coaches see a "pending approval" status; AD gets an email; either party can revise or approve in-dashboard.
What about athletic department-wide season books?
We can produce one hardcover athletic-department book covering every varsity team's season — perfect for the trophy case or principal's office. Designed by us, you approve. Coming soon as a self-serve template; available now as a managed service.
Do you partner with state athletic associations?
We're actively building partnerships with state HS athletic associations for playoff and championship program books. Reach out if your association is interested.
How does this compare to our current printer?
Most school printers do print-only. We do design, print, and online sales — so parents can buy individual copies of the same book your AD ordered, with a fundraising split back to the school.
